Parfois votre navigateur a besoin d'un plugin pour exécuter une tache. Ce plugin peut être la plate forme java qui permet de visualiser des applications web réalisé sous le langage de programmation java, flash player, shockwave flash player ...etc. Pour savoir si ce plugin est déjà installé dans votre navigateur web taper: about:pugins dans la barre d'adresses de votre navigateur. Pour internet explorer cliquer sur option puis paramètres. Un exemple de ce qu'on obtient dans google chrome après un about:plugins dans la barre d'adresses:
